Today I began my 2023 self-care journey. I have met my weight loss goal for 2022, and now I am working on maintaining my fitness while working on improving my finances.
I worked out for about an hour, and walked my dog a few times. I ate healthy and tried to drink less coffee. I drank more green tea today and it was all logged into MyFitnessPal. I look forward to getting stronger and toned.
I look forward to using this blog as my journal and keeping a record of my progress. I weigh 125 lbs and I have my budget set for January. I even made a No Spend Challenge chart, to help curb my spending! Wish me luck!
